For me, this feels like a period of creativity and new beginnings, even as we will start to see nature preparing for the deep sleep of winter. I've been thinking about what I want to create over the next few months and how I want to do that. Because where your attention goes, the energy flows and results show.

This type of stress is often referred to as eustress (as opposed to distress — the bad kind) — I say often, I only came across the word while researching this post.
