Over recent years, psychological research has shifted from an emphasis on disorder and dysfunction to a focus on well-being and positive mental health¹. The well-being trend grew by 10.6 per cent between 2013 and 2015, according to the Global Wellness Institute, and is now worth $3.72 trillion globally. The Times even declared that 2018 is going to be the year of self-care.
