As the days get cooler and shorter, learn how to balance your energy with the new season
I don’t know about anyone else but I can feel the energy starting to shift. For me, this feels like a period of creativity and new beginnings, even as we will start to see nature preparing for the deep sleep of winter. I've been thinking about what I want to create over the next few months and how I want to do that. Because where your attention goes, the energy flows and results show.
Kelly McGonigal’s TED Talk has had more than 10 million views. I love her perspective on the benefits of stress and how we can make friends with stress — it certainly doesn’t seem to be going anywhere fast.

This type of stress is often referred to as eustress (as opposed to distress — the bad kind) — I say often, I only came across the word while researching this post.
We spend around a third of our lives sleeping. It is critical to our health and well-being. But we don’t respect it.
