I don’t know about anyone else but I can feel the energy starting to shift. For me, this feels like a period of creativity and new beginnings, even as we will start to see nature preparing for the deep sleep of winter. I've been thinking about what I want to create over the next few months and how I want to do that. Because where your attention goes, the energy flows and results show.
Kelly McGonigal’s TED Talk has had more than 10 million views. I love her perspective on the benefits of stress and how we can make friends with stress — it certainly doesn’t seem to be going anywhere fast.

This type of stress is often referred to as eustress (as opposed to distress — the bad kind) — I say often, I only came across the word while researching this post.
We spend around a third of our lives sleeping. It is critical to our health and well-being. But we don’t respect it. In our increasingly busy world, it can feel like time sleeping is just time away from work, empty space in the day that could be filled with more important things. But that couldn’t be further from the truth.
